Right At Home Of The Desert is locally owned and operated by Daniel and Elaine Fox and provides in-home care and assistance to seniors. 

Right At Home’s Mission “To Improve the Quality of Life,”  is realized by affording peace of mind, security and comfort to its clients and their loved ones by providing trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of needs. Whether one needs extra attention after a stay in the hospital, assistance for an aging parent who needs help or companionship to remain in the familiar surroundings of one’s home; or as a respite for the family member serving as the primary caregiver for a loved one, Right At Home is here to help you.

After long and successful careers in real estate finance (Dan) and education (Elaine) they were drawn to the Right At Home system when a loved one had become a Right At Home client.  Wanting to do something more meaningful with their lives and seeing the comfort and well-being that quality home care afforded an aging parent as well as the adult children previously overburdened with providing care, Dan and Elaine decided that this endeavor would fulfill their desire to do well by doing good.

Dan sums up his vision by stating “It is our goal to provide each and every client with the same level of care we would demand for our own family and which we received when we were clients of Right At Home.”

Our services are provided on any schedule that is convenient for our client and the family.  Care may be provided for as little as a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In each case we develop a personalized plan of care to be delivered whenever and wherever a client calls home.

All caregivers are carefully screened and are subjected to rigorous background checks before being considered for employment.  Additionally, successful candidates are professionally trained through our exclusive Right at Home CERT Program^SM (Caregiver Education Recognition & Training Program).  

Additionally, as our caregivers are employees of Right At Home, all payroll taxes and worker’s compensation insurance premiums are paid.  The client and family need not be concerned about the financial exposure of a worker’s compensation claim, nor need they be burdened with the additional expense and bookkeeping involved in staying current on all payroll tax liability.
